These power based training plans can be obtained for different levels of training load and for a variety of different cycling disciplines. These are a more affordable alternative for ongoing training and semi customised to 3 levels and races close to your goal event.


Auto sync your workouts to your trainer app or headunit

All of the workouts in your plan can automatically sync to your Garmin or Wahoo head unit or to your Zwift account. You can then follow your targeted intervals in real time knowing that you are training optimally and with purpose.

Contact with Coach is included

Each plan in the store includes contact with the coach that wrote the plan. Although there is no coach feedback on completed training, you still have the reassurance that if you need help on where to apply your plan in your TrainingPeaks calendar or how best to sync your workout steps to Zwift for example. There is help when you need it.
