Coach: Richard Rollinson

 My journey as an athlete started when I got the bug for Mountain Biking in 1994, as my passion for terrain and tech started and grew until I started racing in 1997. That first race was a DNF and I faced a choice of saying this was not for me, or growing. I overcame and continued to chase my goals in MTB and later as I switched to road. I have always been focused on the technical aspects of the sport, with skills, equipment and later as I started coaching; the data side. Since then, I have helped cyclists from all over the world from sportive riders using my training plans to successful finishes, up to guiding riders to winning National Championship titles.

I achieved my results while working full time and unsociable hours. I use this experience to manage the training schedules of the busy lives of the riders that I coach.
