Having coached cycling since 2010 and raced since 1997, I have guided riders from beginner to international level to achieve their goals through power based training. Delivering personalised plans and providing actionable feedback to riders with expert analysis to various levels of understanding. I would love to help you achieve your next goals too.

Coaching Packages

A collection of coaching services that you can subscribe to for as short or long period as you prefer. Choose between 3 service levels of coach contact. All packages include full custom Power Training Plan and personal coach feedback on your progress using advanced metrics.


A variety of Cycle Coaching Services that you can purchase by the hour where you can receive a review of your past training and get recommendations for future training, video analysis of racing, Online (via training app and video call) or On Road Coaching, plus further options.

Training Plans

Semi custom pre built training plans to help you achieve your potential. Choose different levels of training load, training towards a variety of cycling events and races. These are a more affordable alternative for ongoing training and based on either classic power zones or WKO5 targets.

Power Training Camps

Our Training Camp's are an opportunity for a week to train like the Pro's. Our Gran Canaria camp has been held since 2017 and will return again soon. Small group numbers allows for personal on road coaching and post ride face to face coach power analysis of your ride each day. Private Training Camps are a new option that can take your cycling to the next level with complete on road one on one coaching that can be put together as a customised package.

Richard moved me from 4th cat to 2nd cat in the same season.  Richard has been instrumental in that rise with almost every metric you can think of improving dramatically.  Richard is also hugely adaptable - I switched from road racing to time trialling after a particularly nasty crash and without missing a beat, Richard has got me into a position where I'm regularly on the podium in races and have also gone below 20 minutes for a 10 mile TT within 6 months.  I could not have achieved to date what I have done without my coach.
