How CPT Cycling Coaching Packages work:
Step 1: Training Plans
The timing of form for you chosen Goal Events is the start point. An Annual Training Plan is created with weekly training totals that fits around your schedule and is customised to the demands of the events you are training for and your individual strengths and weakness.
Step 2: Complete workouts
Your workouts will be tailored to achieve form at different points throughout the year. This is managed through interval workouts, but your favourite group rides, commutes or indoor trainer workouts can be incorporated into your Plan. The workout steps can be sent automatically to your Bike Computer or Zwift.
Step 4: Results
When you take confidence in the training you have done in your Plan and combine that with tactical and event day advise from your coach, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
